A refreshingly deep fashion blog
I love fashion. I’m drawn to feminine design, the art of couture, exquisite materials, clever design, innovative ideas (and so much more). So naturally, part of my regular reads are fashion blogs. While I love the pretty surface of my favorite blogs, with entertainment for the eye – here’s one that I really love for its added depth and intellectual quality. Meet Michelle Lara Lin and her blog L’Etranger {aka the Stranger Blog}. It’s hard to sum up this talented lady in one sentence – but I’ll give it a shot: She not only has a great eye for design and fashion (and can wear pretty much anything, looking gorgeous in it), but is also a great and art inspired mind, in love with the work of Camus, philosophy, and the Romantic landscape painter Caspar David Friedrich. She’s from New Zealand, lives in Taiwan, and an acclaimed fashion blogger beyond her hemisphere. She is only in her early twenties. She’s such an inspiration!
A few visual sneak peeks from her blog – (dive into her writing too though, or you will miss out) – enjoy!
